Shipping rates

Standard shipping to U.S. addresses is free, with no minimum order. Available shipping options and rates for other destinations are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery times

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. After dispatch, estimated transit time is 5–15 business days. Processing time is additional to transit time. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or customs processing.

How we fulfill orders

Our candle warmer, memorial wind chime, and hanging ghost swing are standard, non-personalized products. Items are sourced after you place your order or shipped by our suppliers.

Tracking and order changes

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

If you need to update an address or request a cancellation, contact support@NovaRowan.com as soon as possible. We will check the order status and available options. Changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Delivery issues

If your package is delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect, email support@NovaRowan.com with your order number and any relevant tracking details or photos. We will review the issue and help you with the next steps.
